Plans are underway for the 31st Annual Kelsey Research Foundation (KRF) Golf Classic on Monday, April 21, 2025 at the Palmer Course at The Woodlands Country Club. The Golf Classic brings together over 300 golfers and volunteers from national and local businesses, for a day of golf, lunch, silent auction, networking, and team building.

The Golf Classic serves as the primary fundraising event for the Foundation. This support is critical to funding KRF’s medical research and health education programs that might otherwise not be available to our community including a new study focusing on a lifestyle intervention – titled DC MARVel – aimed at those who may be at risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. In addition, KRF continues to facilitate programs and studies such as: KRF-UTHealth Center for Microbiome Research, Active Living after Cancer, the Alzheimer’s Association U.S. Study to Protect Brain Health through Lifestyle Intervention to Reduce Risk (U.S. POINTER), and other initiatives aimed at improving the lives of all Houstonians and beyond.
